Penicuik is situated just 8 miles south of Edinburgh, we are set in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk to the centre of Penicuik.

We have 18 bedrooms all individually designed, stylish and comfortable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 6.50 per night and person when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 23:30 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
